FlowCharting

FlowCharting...,,

Many of us try so hard to create a flowchart like myself, at first we don't know what is it all about. What is a flowchart? What the use of this flowchart? Well, a flowchart is a systematic diagram which allows the flow of data or the sequence of instruction.
As for the uses,, 1.) It serves as an efficient means of communication 2.) It serves as an analytical tool 3.) It is a concise form of documentation....
With that, we can now say that flowchart is an important part to learn on because it can help us in better understanding the data that is being processed by the computer and it also comes in many different ways.

But what about the Symbols? How do we know what starts first and what data ends? Well,, flowcharts have many symbols, they are :
Symbol
Name Function
process
an action done by the program (e.g. calculate the area of a square)
arrows
shows the direction and sequence of processes
decision
asks a question and then determines which route the program will take
connector
connects one part of the flowchart to another part of the flowchart on the same page using matching symbols
input/output
represents when something is input into the program or output from the program
off-page connector
connects one part of the flowchart to another part of the flowchart on a different page using matching symbols
start/end
shows the beginning and end of the system or process

To clearly elaborate a flowchart, I will show you an example:

Flow Chart Example 1

Draw a flowchart to find the sum of first 50 natural numbers.

Flow Chart Example - Sum of first 50 natural numbers

Well,, if you have any questions that liked to be answered,, just write it on the gibber box on the left,, That's all for now,,
